Empower business students with your knowledge

Join our Lucy Program as a mentor and help shape the future careers of women and gender diverse business students.

About Lucy

Lucy is a mentoring program in the Macquarie Business School for currently enrolled students in their second year and above who identify as women, including cis- and trans-women and gender diverse students.

The program empowers students to identify the skills they need to become future leaders and map their career paths by establishing relationships between them and senior executives from the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

As a mentor, you will:

  • attend the program launch, a mid session check-in, and end of program event to meet and network with other mentors and mentees
